The Northern Virginia Urban League is launching a premier opportunity for youth & adults to come together for the Betterment of Our Children... Project Ready: Mentor, a National Urban League signature program, is a new mentoring service for African-American and other urban youth ages 11-18 that are particularly vulnerable to disengagement from school, community and the world of work. Project Ready curriculum entails three components: Academic Development, Social Development, Cultural and Global Awareness.
